The team at Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. has been cleaning hoarding and clutter scenes for over 20 years. During this time, we have developed cleaning techniques that allow us the clean, sort and organize in a quick and efficient manner. During the cleaning process, our technicians take great care to search for and preserve collectibles, antiques, jewelry, keepsakes, important documents. Additionally, we’ll do our very best to recover personal effects that may be hard to find or in unknown locations. Our team will work with you and take time to fully understand your expectations and needs.

  • We will work with friends and family members who wish to assist
  • We provide you with a written estimate
  • If you agree with the estimate, we determine a start date for the project
  • We send you a service agreement, which can be signed & returned through email
  • We collect a down payment
  • We schedule a dumpster to arrive at your property (if needed)
  • Our team arrives to complete the cleaning project. You don’t have to be present if you don’t want to.
  • We will communicate with you throughout the process and answer any questions you may have

Yes, we take a great deal of time to sort through items. We never want to discard or donate anything that could be of monetary or sentimental value. Before we begin the cleaning process, we'll sit down with you to create a list of items that you may want us to locate and preserve. As we move items, our team members will not only search for items you've requested but also items that we feel may be of importance, such as: tax & banking documents, jewelry, money, photographs, collectibles and keepsakes.
Yes, we will sort & organize your belongings and store them either onsite or at an offsite storage facility.
If the owner of the firearm(s), or the resident of the home, does not want the firearm(s) on property, our team will help you to find a buyer for the firearm. Many of our team members are military veterans with extensive knowledge of firearms safety & security.
Before any work is started, you'll know exactly how long we'll plan to be at your home or property for the cleaning process. In severe hoarding situations, where we find an entire home, basement and garage is full of personal effects, trash, etc., we may bring in four technicians for up to 5 days. Only in the most extreme situations will we need to be on site longer than 5 days.
Every job is important to us. During our two decades of service, we have been called upon to clean a wide variety of structures, of every size. From small trailers to an entire hospital, our team is up for any challenge.
Yes, of course you may be at your home while we clean. It's your home and your property, so you're more than welcome to be present while our team is working. However, in about 75% of the projects we work, the client (homeowner) is not present. We will work with you prior to arrival to discuss your expectations so we have a clear understanding of what you want done with the contents of your home.
