Thank you for your interest in learning more about our hoarding & clutter cleaning network
Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. is a veteran owned business with over twenty years of experience in helping hoarders and their families. Throughout the United States, it is estimated there are over 7 million hoarders. Many of these individuals need help and seek out companies like Bio-Trauma 911 for assistance in cleaning their homes.
During the past several years, Bio-Trauma 911 has built an impressive network of qualified hoarding cleanup companies. These companies are members of ERCA-Team.Global and work together to respond to hoarding cleanup requests in their respective areas.
Hoarding cleanup is a multi-million dollar industry. But it’s also an industry that requires care, compassion, honesty and integrity. Companies that possess these qualities are rewarded with high paying job opportunities.
If you would like to work with our company as a member of our network, please review these steps.
We understand that you and other members of your company may have received training through another company; however, we require you to complete our training course. The cost for this is minimal and ensures everyone we work with has in fact been trained.
Our training course includes biohazard remediation, which is important in this industry. It’s not uncommon to find biohazards (e.g. feces and urine) at hoarding and clutter scenes. Oftentimes, you find that the toilet has been broken for several months or there are no functional utilities in the home. Having the skills and knowledge to properly and safely remove these biohazards are required of our network members.
Our Hoarding & Clutter Leads Program
There are two different ways in which our leads program works.
You receive notifications like the one below through a member’s only group found at ERCA-Team.Global. These leads typically come to us through a client submitted form. Most of the time, photos will be attached and provided to you, along with the information outlined below. As a member of our leads program, you’re free to reach out to any lead we post. You work the lead and bid it yourself.
Often, clients will call us directly. In these situations, clients become very familiar with our staff and don’t want to start over with another company. Thus, we collect the information needed to provide them with a cost estimate. However, we first reach out to our network members in the area to see who is available to work the job. We discuss the job and, based on your costs, we then provide the client with an estimate. If the client wants to move forward, you sign a sub-contractor agreement with our company for that specific job. You’ll receive half of the payment up front and the other half after the job is completed.
Our leads program is not open to franchise businesses
