We work with odors! Many odors we deal with are associated with a death scene or hoarding situation; however, some are not. For example, odors that remain following a water leak or that linger after years of cigarette smoking. If you have an odor problem, even if you're not sure of the source, please contact us.
Believe it or not, we remove feces too!! Whether it's an animal hoarding issue or a bowel issue, we'll clean & disinfect the scene. Have a barn that needs to be cleaned for a wedding? We'll remove the bird & bat droppings from the roof and rafters.
Have a situation involving infectious waste or a communicable disease? Call us for assistance.
Need deep cleaning? We do that too. Please contact us at 1-800-759-6960 to inquire. We'll ask a few quick questions and provide you with an estimate for our deep cleaning service.

Deep Cleaning Service

There’s no one definition for deep cleaning and every company you talk with will offer something different with their deep cleaning service. Likewise, no situation is the same and it’s not possible to promise you we can clean every 2,000 sq ft home in 8 hours. Here are some factors that we have to consider:

  1. Does anyone in the home smoke?
  2. Are animals present in the home?
  3. How cluttered is the home?
  4. Types of surfaces (e.g. wallpaper, high gloss enamel paint vs flat, carpet or wood flooring)
  5. How long has it been since a deep cleaning has been completed?
  6. What are your expectations for a deep cleaning?

Some of the deep cleaning services that we provide in our standard package include:

  • Cleaning grout lines
  • Disinfecting wastebaskets
  • Removal of soap scum and lime
  • Disinfecting doorknobs
  • Cleaning of shower doors & curtains
  • Cleaning behind and under appliances
  • Cleaning and disinfecting countertops and backsplashes
  • Clean and organize cabinets and drawers
  • Cleaning of range hood and filter
  • Cleaning inside of oven, microwave and refrigerator
  • Cleaning under furniture
  • Polishing applicable tables, chairs & furniture
  • Dusting of lamp shades
  • Dusting of shelved items
  • Cleaning inside windowsills and tracks
  • A thorough vacuuming of floors, wall edges and crevices
  • Wipe down walls from floor up to approximately eight feet
  • Vacuuming and cleaning of upholstery
The list above covers what most companies provide in their deep cleaning service. However, each home is unique and we’re open to discussing additional services that you may be in need of. Feel free to contact us to discuss your needs and to receive a free cost estimate.

Cat Hoarder’s House

The images below were taken at a cat hoarder’s home in Indiana. It’s unknown how many cats lived in this home but it was many. Over the years the owner would lay layers of trash bags, paper sacks, trash and cat litter over the entire floor. Year after year, as cats peed and pooped, the layers grew taller and taller. When we entered the home, in some areas the technicians heads were only inches from the ceiling.

For over a week, our team used pick axes and sledge hammers to break apart the layers of poop and pee, which had hardened like concrete. After we had cleaned everything out of the house, it was discovered that too much structural damage existed and the home was demolished.

Have you Any Question?

Odor associated with cat urine is one of the more difficult odors to remove. More often than not, anything that was saturated with urine needs to be removed. For example, it's not uncommon for us to remove carpeting, subfloor, baseboards and the bottom six inches of drywall.
Yes, bird and bat droppings can cause Histoplasmosis, which is an infection caused by breathing in spores of a fungus often found in bird and bat droppings. Also of concern is Cryptococcosis and Psittacosis, both of which come from bird droppings.
Absolutely not! As long as a legally responsible party can allow us access to the home or business, we'll take care of the scene. Once the scene has been remediated, it will be your choice as to whether or not you inspect the scene. However, we will ask for a "services rendered" form to be signed.
