Return Policy

Although there are no federal laws requiring a return & refund policy in the U.S.A., we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services provided by Bio-Trauma 911 and Extreme Remediation (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”). If you are dissatisfied with the services provided by The Company, please contact The Company at support@biotrauma911.com or 1-800-759-6960 within seven (7) days upon completion of the purchased services. Upon receipt of your complaint or issue, a full investigation will be conducted. If The Company finds it was deficient or negligent in the execution of the purchased services, or in violation of its standard service agreement, The Company will, at its own expense, correct the deficiency or issue. If The Company is unable to correct the deficiency or issue, it may elect to issue a full or partial refund.
