Help Steps

You are aware of a scene that is contaminated with blood and/or bodily fluids. There may or may not be a death or serious injury associated with the presence of these biohazards. Please provide us with answers to the following questions and follow the steps below that may apply.

  1. If a police department is involved, please get the name of the detective investigating the scene.
  2. If a deputy coroner is involved, please get the name of the coroner.
  3. Please do not enter the scene. There's no reason for you to become more traumatized than you may already be. When we arrive, we can retrieve items for you.
  4. If you know the name of your insurance company and/or policy number, we will attempt to initiate the claim process for you. Please have this information available if it is readily accessible.
  5. If you are not the home owner, business owner or financially responsible party, please provide us with that information. A "Permission to Enter" form must be signed by an authorized representative.
  6. Please do not attempt to clean the scene. Contact with biohazards, such as blood and fluids, may expose you to unknown risks that could result in serious illness or death. Proper precautions must be taken.
  7. Call us at 1-800-759-6960 to schedule a technician. Our technicians are typically dispatched within 60 minutes to an infected or biohazard scene, or at a time that is convenient for you.

Additional Services

Over the years the staff of Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. has become aware of the fact that many of our clients are not hoarders and do not live in homes filled with filth and trash. While compulsive hoarding is a condition that many battle throughout their lives, we understand that an equal number of our clients simply do not have the time or energy to maintain their home in a manner that they and their family members find to be acceptable.

Beginning in April 2013, Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. now offers a cleaning service to clients who cannot be classified as a typical hoarder, but do require a more robust cleaning service than that typically offered by traditional home cleaning services.

The Bio-Trauma 911 Crime Scene Cleanup Training Course is only offered in Indianapolis, Indiana. Our course is open to both individuals and businesses located in the continental United States and abroad.

Participating students will be welcomed to a learning environment that has been structured to promote a solid understanding of the crime scene cleanup process. During the classroom portion of our training course, students will be provided with several manuals, materials on CD and offered refreshments. During the dynamic hands-on portion, students simply walk next door to our training suite, complete with several mock crime & trauma scene scenarios.

Prior to the discussion of payment options, please check with your homeowner or business insurance provider. Many policies cover the cost of cleanup associated with a death or trauma related incident. If you wish for our staff to contact and work with your agent, please let us know so that we may be of assistance.

If your insurance covers the cost of our services, we will only request the deductible from you. If your insurance does not cover this type of expense, Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. accepts cash, checks and most major credit cards. Various payment plans can be set up to suit your budget.

The owners of Bio-Trauma 911, Inc., together with its management team and technicians, are committed to completing each job with the highest degree of integrity, honesty and professionalism. We make you this promise!

If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the work we perform, and we find your concern legitimate, we will make every effort, at our expense, to rectify the situation. If we are unable to rectify the situation to your satisfaction, we will refund all or part of the expense you incurred. We make you this promise!

Furthermore, you will never be overcharged for the services we render. Not only does Bio-Trauma 911, Inc. offer the most competitive rates in the industry, but we will refund to you any portion of your payment that was not needed. Our technicians will make every effort to finish a job as quickly and as efficiently as they can. Therefore, if we estimate a job will take twelve hours and you've paid in advance, yet the job only took ten hours, we will refund to you immediately the difference. We will not make an attempt to justify or "fudge" our records in an attempt to keep what is rightfully yours. We make you this promise!
